02.01 Acceptance

Vicodin:
Before walking into Cuddy's office when he sees Stacy in there..

The Clinic:
House did not see any clinic patients this episode.
Cameron : Lady with lung cancer

House Moments:
House and Cuddy: When he's trying to get the case, especially that little grimace he does when he admits to using her password "partypants."
House and Cuddy: His Scooby Doo "ruh roh" is priceless,
House and The Ducklings: Discussing one more time how they are not going to take the case of "Cindylou Who."
House and The Ducklings: When he closes the blinds on Stacy in his office. "Get Daddy some smokes.."
House and Wilson: Watching TV in Coma guys room. 

The Cane boss, the Cane:
Gets taken by the warden before House can enter the cell Clarence is in.
Gets hung up on the whiteboard during the first diagnostic meeting.
Gets hung up on the whiteboard after the blood test.
When House is talking to Stacy about releasing Clarence he uses it to stop the elevator doors from closing.
Gets hung up on the bookcase.
Gets hung up on the sink.
Gets hung up on the whiteboard.

Hey did you notice...
When Wilson writes on the white board he uses his left hand. 
The title on the White Board says "Dead Man Dying."
When House is eating in Coma Guy's room , there is a pickle sitting in the Styrofoam container.
This is the first time we see House wear just a t-shirt under his jacket.
The  morning after drinking with Clarence House is carrying his briefcase not his backpack.
House won't let anyone touch the whiteboard, but after erasing the board he tosses the eraser to Chase then after he finishes writing he tosses him the marker.
When Cuddy Leaves Houses office to release Clarence, he is hot on her heels. By the time he reaches the room, Cuddy has clearly been there a bit. Nice subtle way of showing that House can't move as fast.
The ball on Houses desk is completely red, it's usually grey and red. 
When House is juggling they are hanging out in Wilson's office.
First time we see House wear a button shirt with no t-shirt underneath.

02.02 Autopsy

Vicodin:
Not seen but implied after Mom approves autopsy procedure. "I stacked a combo of mentholatum, a few vicodin and something else, which I can't remember."

The Clinic:
Guy who took the Twinkie out of the wrapper

House Moments:
House and Cameron after she gives him the Black walnut and ginger tea. "It's nice."
House a nurse and Cuddy: When the nurse tells House that the patient requested a male doctor, Cuddy says ":alls are in your court."
House and The Ducklings: Discussing Andie's sat percentage. "If her DNA was off one percentage point she'd be a dolphin." 
House and the cast in OR:  Explaining the procedure and getting ready to go through a test run. "A five, six, seven eight..."

The Cane boss, the Cane:
Gets tossed to Cameron (along with everything else in Houses hands) after the clinic when he's trying to leave.
Gets held up in there air when he tells Wilson, that "he's not terminal, merely pathetic, you wouldn't believe the crap people let me get away with."

Hey did you notice...
House has allergies not a cold (as most reviewers and press type people think.)
House knows an awful lot of Yiddish.

02.03 Humpty Dumpty

Vicodin:
When they discuss Alfredo having pneumonia

The Clinic:
Foreman: Guy from Night Court with high blood pressure
Guy from Night Court with high blood pressure

House Moments:
House, Cuddy and Wilson: "Sorry, trouble concentrating..."
Wilson and Stacy: When they watch House leave the hospital with the ducklings.
House, Foreman and Chase: Twenty bucks...
House Jumping on Cuddy's bed.
House Cuddy and Stacy: "Are you being intentionally dense?"  "Huh?"
House and Cuddy: Discussing Alfredo's amputation. "What can't work as a cripple?"

The Cane boss, the Cane:
House rests his chin on it.
Gets hung up on the white board.
Gets twirled while House watches his soap.
Gets laid on the counter when House is in the clinic.
Gets hung up on Alfredo's bed when House takes his temperature.
Gets twirled while House is looking at the whiteboard (collage scene during Alfredo's surgery)

Hey did you notice...
The palm type tree in Cuddy's neighbors yard.
House has a lollipop during his conversation with Cuddy and Wilson.
When House gets the lollipops later walking with Wilson. He buys them, it's not a nurses station it's a newspaper stand. You can see the register.
House puts sugar in his coffee.
House is sucking another lollipop when he leaves the hospital with Foreman and Chase.
House takes out and American Express card to "break" into Cuddy's house.
House has been fired by 4 hospital administrations.
House and Cuddy were at Michigan together.
House calls the ducklings the Scooby Gang.
The original airing of this episode the Close Captioning had the lyrics for a different song.
Amos Lee's Colors instead of  Delicate by Damien Rice which was played. Amos Lee's song is actually later used in episode "Hunting."

02.04 TB or Not TB?

Vicodin:
House did not take any vicodin this episode.

The Clinic:
Cat allergy lady
Foreman: Doesn't have cancer lady

House Moments:
House and The Ducklings: When House was wrong about his pacemaker diagnosis. "Hey I have feelings too. I'm trying my best." 
House, Wilson and Cuddy: When House steals the steak and gets confronted by Cuddy to apologize to Cecilia. 
House and the Ducklings: When the Newsweek calls. "Yeah you can quote me, C U D D Y"
House, Cecilia, Cameron and Cuddy: House's over exaggerated I'm sorry to Cecilia for Cuddy's benefit.

The Cane boss, the Cane:
Gets hung up on the white board during the first diagnostic meeting.
Gets swung (badly) like a baseball bat.
Used to shove a cell phone and then body powder down the toilet.
Gets cleaned with Sebastian's blanket.
Gets used to poke Cecilia in the foot.

Hey did you notice...
House is wearing Converse instead of Nike Shox.
It's September and Chase speaks of his Father in the present tense. (For those trying to figure out the crazy House MD timeline.)
When Wilson is eating trail mix, some misses his mouth and Robert Sean Leonard just goes on with the scene.
When House gets the call from Newsweek and Chase looks at the phone, the time is 1:53 and the date is 09/07/05. (For clarification it's the American abbreviation of September 7th not July 9th.)
House's tirade in Sebastian's room was used as a diagnosis tool. House knew that Sebastian's body can't regulate heat, which is why he used the body powder. He know he was going to be under hot lights  during the press conference, so he raised the heat and took away his powder. Then went to Coma Guy's room watch what happens.
During the scene with the "apology" to Cecilia, when the camera pans between the view of House from the clinic to the view of House from Cuddy's office. The cane is in his right hand and the left hand is holding the bag. When it switches to the view from Cuddy's office House's right hand is in the strap of his backpack.

02.05 Daddy's Boy

Vicodin:
House did not take any vicodin this episode.

The Clinic:
In the diagnostic meeting, just before his mom calls.

House Moments:
House, Wilson and The Ducklings: Discussing House's new patient "When I said I'd do anything for the money, obviously I didn't mean it."
House, Wilson and then The Ducklings: When House is showing off his new bike.
House and Wilson: When House confronts him about dinner with his parents.

The Cane boss, the Cane:
Gets handed to Wilson before House gets on the bike.
Gets twirled and then snapped into a clip on the bike.
Gets leaned against Wilson's car.
House uses it to sweep aside the curtain in Carnell's room.

Hey did you notice...
The label on House's leather jacket changes during the episode. When we first see it ,it say's KTAI later is says RTAI.
House got money from Wilson to buy a new car but then he buys a motorcycle and through all of this no one mentions the Corvette.
House puts sugar in his coffee.
House has a new portable game system the Sony PSP.
It's mentioned that spring break was over a month ago. That should put this episode as occurring sometime in June.
Wilson drives a Volvo.
Then House is having dinner with his parents , there is a pickle on his plate.

02.06 Spin

Vicodin:
When House is discussing Jeff's blood doping.

The Clinic:
Ex-smoker flight attendant with diarrhea.

House Moments:
House, Stacy and Cuddy: "Sorry can't play anymore my mom's calling."
House and Wilson then Mark and Stacy: The whole scene to Houses timing when food is involved until  the end.
House, Mark and the therapy group: Whilst trying to wheedle his way into the group" Look if it's a problem, I'll just go deal with my rage in private."
House and Stacy: When Stacy barges in on House in the clinic and smacks him: "Well at least my hiccups are gone."
House and The Ducklings: When he has a revelation about what's wrong with Jeff. "Go forth and scan his neck."
House and Jeff: When House cures him. " You are healed, rise and walk."

The Cane boss, the Cane:
Used to start the domino effect of various items across Houses desk.
Gets hung up on the white board.
House plays with it during his "session."
Gets leaned up against Jeff's bed.
Used to press the elevator button.
Gets leaned up against Jeff's bed.
Is used to illicitly gain access to a doctors office, when House claims to have left it there during a therapy session.

Hey did you notice...
When Stacy is telling House how much work is going to be involved renewing his credentials. She mentions the criminal record check and how "that's going to take some explaining."
House puts sugar in his coffee.

02.07 Hunting

Vicodin:
Sitting at his desk discussing Kalvin's drug use.

The Clinic:
House did not see any clinic patients this episode.

House Moments:
House, Wilson and Kalvin: When Kalvin is trying to get House to take his case. "err...ohh.. we're not together."
House and Stacy: In Stacy's kitchen when he goes to see her about hitting Kalvin. "Memory serves, quick climb up Mt. Gregory you dozed through a seal hunt."
House and The Ducklings: Discussing via telephone Kalvin's test results" "In the closet, your girlfriends other boyfriend showed up."
House and Wilson: The whole little slapstick routine between discussing the symptoms of Kalvin, his dad and Steve the rat.

The Cane boss, the Cane:
Gets grabbed by Kalvin when he's trying to get House to take his case.
House lets go of it during the tug o' war with Kalvin.
Is almost used to kill a rat.
Gets used to stop the elevator doors from closing.
Gets used to block the door so Kalvin's dad can't leave the room.
Uses it to hit Kalvins dad in the gut.
Uses it to hold Kalvins dad up against the wall.

Hey did you notice...
This is still Houses place, it's just being shown at a different angle. I can't really explain the differences outside. Maybe a different entrance?
House's address is 221 B, same as Sherlock Holmes.
How does a man who can't walk leave the toilet seat up?
The little nod the critics of the show that complains it to formulaic. It happens during the discussion with Wilson about what excuse he's going to drum up to see Stacy.

02.08 The Mistake

Vicodin:
Tries to open the bottle during Kayla's initial diagnostic meeting. Chase subsequently spills them, but we don't actually see him take one
After Wilson warns him that Stacy may not have his best interests in mind as his lawyer. 

The Clinic:
No insurance guy who doesn't have idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis and his name isn't Buck.
Patient who's name is not Fusan.

House Moments:
House and Wilson playing their own weird variation of the basketball game.
House changing of the names to protect the innocent.

The Cane boss, the Cane:
House is twirling it while he's waiting outside to meet with the disciplinary committee..

Hey did you notice...
When Kayla is consoling her daughter about Sally Ayerson making fun of their dresses. She say's she'll key her daddy's new convertible. The doctor House later blackmails to do her transplant surgery is Dr. Ayerson, who's wife end's up keying his new convertible.
House takes some lollipops from the stand, I'm not sure if he pays for them.
Kayla actually has vasculitis (on top of her other wonderful problems.)

02.09 Deception

Vicodin:
House did not take any vicodin this episode.

The Clinic:
Lady on the (strawberry) Jelly.

House Moments:
House and Cameron: On their way to break into Anica's place. When she asks him to describe her leadership skills. "Nonexistent. Otherwise, excellent."
House and Cameron: Same scene but when they get on Houses bike.
House and Foreman: Arguing over Anica's treatment and Foreman's taking the safe route. "Hey Wilson, guess what Foreman just did."
House and lab tech: House flirting with the tech. "You may not have her ass, but she doesn't have your eye's."  Then flashes her those blue eyes.

The Cane boss, the Cane:
Gets held up in the air when he volunteers to give up his parking space for Forman. "You'll need my placard. Bend Over"
Gets clipped to the bike.

Hey did you notice...
OTB's (Off Track Betting Parlor's) are not legal in New Jersey. Maybe it was Pennsylvania, but I'm not sure if it's legal there either.
Anica makes a joke about getting the questionnaire for FDR after it asks about Polio vaccinations. The actress played Eleanor Roosevelt in the movie Hot Springs.
Foreman didn't actually meet the patient until nearly the end of the episode. Wouldn't of even met her is she didn't get readmitted. How very House-like.

02.10 Failure To Communicate

Vicodin:
In the airport when he's staring at the "white board" and the airport announcer says flights are no longer delayed.

The Clinic:
House did not see any clinic patients this episode.

House Moments:
House and Wilson: When House calls to find out about The Ducklings. "Hey honey, how are the kids? They miss me?"
House and Stacy: When House is diagnosing people around the terminal.
House reading his book, "Classic Lesbian Prison Stories." 
House and Stacy: He compliments her choice of lipstick, crimson desire. Showing up well on the sheet rock. The interplay between the two characters is wonderful.
House and Airport security guy: He trying to get House to board the flight. "I kick and I bite."

The Cane boss, the Cane:
House tosses it from hand to hand when the Medicaid guy comes into the meeting.
Gets tossed on the bed in the hotel room.
Gets twirled like a baton by Stacy as she's laying on the bed waiting for House. 

Hey did you notice...
House calling out the medicate guy on using Viagra. "Little blue pills improve blood flow, they're vasodilators. That's why you sometimes get the headaches."
A lot of people thought the ducklings all trying to intubate Fletcher at the same time made them seem really incompetent. House usually assigns one of them as primary. They were all acting like they were primary so they all tried to do the job.
House and Stacy (Hugh and Sela) do a horrible job of pretending their obviously empty coffee cups were full.
House making his own "White Board" at the airport.
House is on the no-fly list and can't get out of Baltimore.

Vicodin:
On the roof after he tells Stacy to stay with Mark,

The Clinic:

House Moments:
House and The Ducklings: During the fist diagnostic meeting. "If you finish something, don't just put it back, throw it out."
House and the white board: After Margo's Huntington tests are negative "We give you so much, you give us so little."
House and Wilson: The whole scene from House knocking to House trying to steal a joint.
House blowing up the balloon and making a "dog" for Stella.
House and Cameron: "Cameron. I love you." Jaw drops. Cheek swab. Priceless.
House and The Ducklings: House is waiting for Foreman's reign of terror to end. "Now go stick a needle up her hoo-hoo..."
House and Stella: When he's walking her to the elevator. "I'm not sad. I'm complicated. Chick's dig that."

The Cane boss, the Cane:
Gets slammed on the dinner tray in Margo's room to wake her up.

Hey did you notice...
Not only is House's shirt ironed, its tucked in. (for a short period of time)
When House hops the wall to get into Wilson's office, when he comes down off the wall he puts no weight on his right leg for a couple of hops.
This may be the first time that by the end of the episode we don't feel sorry for the Patient of the Week.

House Moments:
House and Cuddy: In coma guys room when Cuddy confronts him about issuing the memo. "We can talk later about the appropriate discipline."
House and The Ducklings: House keeps trying to make an exit after ordering a test but The Ducklings keep shooting him down.
House and Wilson During the lecture. "I call him Weber Von Lieberman. Way eviler."
House and The Ducklings: When he goes into the diagnostic office and it looks like he's pulling out a chair to sit on and then he lays on the floor."
House and Wilson: Wilson purposefully tormenting House and his migraine.

The Cane boss, the Cane:
Gets left outside the burn unit.
Gets left outside the burn unit then handed back to House by Foreman.

Hey did you notice...
The hat House is wearing during the lecture is the same hat he wore to the Monster Truck show in Sports Medicine.
Coming from North Jersey where everyone tends to be a Devil or Rangers fan. I assume that Central Jersey being closer to Philly would generate Philadelphia Flyer fans. Wilson says House uses pain to take his mind off of things he doesn't want to think about. Like the Flyers sucking.
