Waiting outside the principal¹s office, he meets two fifth-grade students (guest stars Austin Michael Coleman and Haley Pullos) who assess House¹s relationship woes and try to help him understand how his selfish antics get in the way of showing Cuddy how he really feels in the all-new ³Two Stories² episode of HOUSE airing Monday, Feb. 21 (8:00-9:00 PM ET/PT) on FOX. - A college student is coughing up pieces of his lungs.

- He is on the phone with his staff.

- House does it all: lies to a class of elementary students and to a man whose car he hit while talking on the phone about who he is, gets into a fight in front of the students, uses sexual images to elementary students, steals Cuddy's computer and breaks into it to read her journal and leaves the computer in the trash for the janitor to find (what if someone else fround it first????)
- Preliminary diagnoses:
- House insists for most of the episode that it is sarcoidosis just because nothing else fits. Foreman and the team come up with other ideas just because they have done the tests for sarcoidosis and don't believe it. They come up with infection, and lung cancer,
- The final diagnosis
- Patient had swallowed something small that went down the wrong pipe into his lungs. Cure was exploratory surgery to find and remove it.
- Who Came up with final diagnosis
- While being scolded by the principal, House saw an image on the principal's wall of the princess and the pea and got a revelation.

- Woman who has been using her vibrator a little too much.
