MONDAY, FEBRUARY 14, ON FOX
When a waitress with a perfect memory suffers temporary paralysis, her older sister visits her in the hospital, which triggers high stress levels and even more health complications. The patient's sharp memory proves detrimental when a grudge she's been holding against her sibling gets in the way of receiving proper medical treatment, and Masters discovers that patching a broken sisterhood may prove to be more complex than diagnosing the patient. Meanwhile, Foreman volunteers to help Taub prepare for a medical examination, and House, determined to help Wilson get back in the dating scene, discovers Wilson's secret new companion in the all-new "You Must Remember This" episode of HOUSE airing Monday, Feb. 14 (8:00-9:00 PM ET/PT) on FOX. - House says Wilson has had a "three month pity party over Sam". He and Sam broke up at the end of "Small Scarfices" (four episodes ago).
- Patient of the Week
- As House puts it, "33 year old woman named --- something I can't remember, you'll see the irony in a second --- presenting with temporary paralysis, high CK levels, and a perfect memory.... Hyperthymesia, complete recall of every momemt of every day since puberty." Her name turns out to be Nadia.
- How House gets involved:
- House brings the case to the team.

- Foreman and Taub search patient's abode and Taub pays for the test he flunked recently.
- Preliminary diagnoses:
- The team first sugggests toxin exposure, botulism, alcoholism and when Foreman finds laxatives at her house, magnesium poisoning.and when House asks her how many times she has tripped or stumbled during the last three years and the numbers have been increasing, he thinks it is Parkinsonıs disease but then she reacts to her sister's visit with heart problems. Soon her kidneys fail and she needs a donor kidney from her sister but that doesn't cure her other problems.
- The final diagnosis
- McLeodıs Syndrome which led her to also develop Obsessive Compulsive Disorder. It cannot be cured but it can be treated although the treatment for the OCD may not allow her to keep her special memory capabilities.

- House when those who had checked her residence mentioned the puzzles.
