Chase (2): Suggests a virus, diagnosed botulism
Cameron (1): Diagnoses Eikenella
Foreman (1): Diagnoses syphilis

Notes: The patient's multiple infections were treated as symptoms of the underlying immune disorder, which was the diagnosis.
