In the pilot episode, we get a strong start on the character of Gregory House, in the context of his habits. Not only do we see him repetitively taking prescription painkillers, but we also get a look into his other major hobbies (including reading of magazine articles, and watching of his television, portable or otherwise). From here we will begin to try and follow any patterns that may develope.
