Spoilers for the Second Season of "House" with Hugh Laurie may come from several types of sources, none of which are totally reliable, not just because their information may be wrong but often just because when you get early information from say an early version of a script, you can rest assured that that information will change in later versions of the script and even during the filming process. Some information may come from journalists and others who hear from people who have heard from people who have heard from people who are involved in the writing or production of the "House" TV show — and we have all played that game.
For instance, there was a spoiler for the last scene of the first season of House (first idea was that it would take place in a bar and involve a bar fight in which House would be beaten up) that the producers decided to tone down and they thereby succeeded in making the last scene of the first season of "House" more powerful just through subtlety.

- May 23, 2006: "Coma Girl" posted at the Television Without Pity's House Forum about the clips (see below):
- "First clip: House will let his colleagues stitch up his wound, but will he let them speak for themselves?
Oh, this is great! As the camera pans down from the 'Cactus Mexican Food' sign, you can briefly see a billboard in the distance that says in huge red letters: Vasculitis!
"There also seems to be another billboard that says 'With a Stroke, Time Lost is Brain Loss.' Hmmm... I'm going to be looking for all sorts of interesting clues in the props and landscape on this episode.
"...I'm guessing there are going to be subtle clues hidden throughout this episode that give a hint about whether what we're seeing is real or a hallucination."

- [Cuddy and House are in Cuddy's office, she's sitting at her desk and House is sitting in front of it.]
Cuddy: 1284 had a cousin that tested positive for the Bracha gene.
House: But his mother was negative, which means so's your baby.
Cuddy: What about the -
House: With the terrins Dutch (??) factor on the dad's side, it's not a problem, cause his mom's dad didn't carry the phalocemia gene. Bigger issue is the jerk and poser genes. This Mozart lie--
Cuddy: People can't like classical music?
House: You're designing a kid -- a loser kid. He's already getting pummeled at recess.
[Cuddy hands House the files.]
Cuddy: Here, knock yourself out. Go find sperm that can beat up 613's kid, and thanks for your help.

- "For all those wondering about the McGill/Canada/Wilson connection, I spoke with a colleague at Martlet House (McGill's Development and Alumni Relations Department of course) who arranged for the sending of the McGill clothing to the House costumers.
"It turns out that the Communications department was specifically requested by the producers of the show back in September to send out a few t-shirts so Wilson could appear in them. When asked why, it appears that the show wanted to make Wilson appear to have gone to what would appear to viewers as 'best international medical school' (words which were probably used to soften us up... although we will be sure to continue to use them going forward). After that first request, my contact at Martlet House was asked a few other times for other gear (one of which was for the grey sweatshirt shown in the last episode).
"The producers were very firm that they wanted Wilson to appear "international" hence their decision to make him a McGill grad. How this will play out in future eps remains to be seen though..."

Chicago Tribune: "House builds up to 'freaky' finale"
- "Robert Sean Leonard, who plays Dr. Wilson, says the season will end with an 'exciting, freaky' cliffhanger, and adds that 'you're going to end this season curious how next season is going to start.'
"Before the season ends, Dr. House and Dr. Cuddy 'will share a secret that's going to bring them closer together,' according to executive producer Katie Jacobs. But she hastens to add that House and Cuddy 'will not hook up'...
"Jacobs adds that the finale is 'really a departure for us. It's a very different episode, not unlike an [Emmy-winning] episode we did last year called 'Three Stories.' [Creator] David [Shore] has written and directed the finale, and it is a different way of storytelling for us. ... You might wonder whether House ever struggles with whether or not he's doing the right thing in the way that he behaves toward patients. And this episode will sort of deal with the struggle that goes on inside House's head.'"

TV Guide ROUSH REVIEW of the next episode
- "Foreman's the patient, contracting the same mysterious and fast-acting symptoms (including blindness and unbearable pain) that put a wounded policeman in toxic quarantine....
"Foreman's conflicts with colleague Dr. Cameron... and his estranged father... add to the tension. But it's House's fretfulness and guilt over Foreman that set these episodes apart and above.
"The reason you don't see patients is because if you know them, you'll give a crap about them," House's pal Wilson (Robert Sean Leonard) tells him. Bottom line: There's no way not to care how this one turns out.
"This House is on fire."

House continues to treat Vince from his ICU hospital bed with Moriarty, shot by hospital security and hand-cuffed to his bed, as his roommate. - April 20, 2006: "carbface jones" posted at the Television Without Pity's House Forum a link that leads us to A LiveJoural post which references E Online's Watch With Kristin which says,
- "'On May 2 and 3, we're doing our first two-parter,' Omar Epps said me. 'Basically, a patient comes in, and we can't cure him. He dies, and somehow my character, Foreman, has contracted what he had.' While Omar wouldn't tell me if he survives, he did say he was feeling 'confident' and revealed that in part two we get to meet his dad, played by Charles Dutton.
"Of course, there's also the matter of Foreman's working relationship with Cameron, which took a big hit this week. 'Foreman is being really selfish,' Omar admitted to me. 'I can't give too much away, but that definitely plays into the two-parter and probably even season three.' But if you're worried that House and Wilson's cohabitation will end their friendship, don't fret. Robert says Wilson is moving out. 'It involves a liaison with a woman,' he revealed. 'I end up in her apartment, and I stay there for a while. That's all I'm gonna say!'"
- April 19, 2006 - "Holey Moley" at TWoP sent us to TV Guide's AskAusiello which had this:
- Question: "Dr. Ausiello, I need an IV of House spoilers stat. A shot will do if no IV is available." — Trisha
Ausiello: "You're gonna need a defibrillator while watching the two-part episode on May 2 and May 3, which, as you already know from reading AA, finds Foreman in the throes of a life-threatening medical crisis. It will seriously blow your mind. Omar Epps, Lisa Edelstein and Jennifer Morrison give the performances of their freakin' careers. And there are at least two big twists, one involving Cameron and Foreman and another involving ******* that comes at the very end of the second episode."
and
Question: "House scoop?" — Lisa
Ausiello: "House will shoot someone in the head before the season's over. And this is in no way connected to the shooting that takes place in the finale."
and
Question: "Can you tell us more about this "connection" that's supposed to grow between House and Cuddy?" — Victoria
Ausiello: "I didn't see any sign of that in the two-part episode. Actually, just the opposite: There were a couple of times I thought they were gonna strangle each other."
and
Question: "I just read that House will be getting rid of his limp and cane either at the end of this season or the beginning of next. Please tell me this is just some cruel joke and is not going to happen." — Mari
Ausiello: " I haven't heard that. What I have heard is that House may not be the only one using a cane to get around Princeton-Plainsboro before the season's over."
- April 17, 2006 - "marykir" sent us a link to a
- Scan of The Globe article on the season finale
- April 16, 2006 - David Lomazoff read us off an article about the "House" season finale from this week's tabloid The Globe. That publication pays for information but they do not name their source. This is what we thought was new of what we remember from hearing the article:
- The former patient's husband who shoots House, shoots him once in the stomach and once in the neck
- His attacher is shot as he runs from the hospital after shooting House and he is wheeled into the same ICU with House. The attacker is handcuffed to his bed.
- House and his attacker converse. And House hallucinates and his team worries about him.
- The operation mysteriously eliminates his leg pain and he seems to blame Wilson for this.
(editor's note: we do not assume that these facts will actually be borne out by the broadcast in May but some of it may be accurate as much seems to be similar to what else we are hearing.)
- April 14, 2006: Randy Creager sent us this link "House doctor is relieved of his cane"
by Wenn (World Entertainment News Network) which says:
- "Hugh Laurie's grumpy doctor character Gregory House is to be relieved of his famous cane because the actor is sick of hobbling around the set all day...."
(The editors would like to remind our readers that just because it is reported in the press, or elsewhere, does not make it "True". Spoilers may or may not end up on the screen and if they end up there, they may end up in some way that is unexpected.)
- April 13, 2006: Spoilerfix offers this:
- "Episode 2.22 - Forever: House is not positive Foreman has fully recovered. The team treats a woman with a unique type of postpartum depression and interacts with Leona, a 16-year-old bi-racial Katrina victim."
- April 11, 2006 - TV Guide's AskAusiello:
- Question: "Do you have any new House spoilers?" — Rachel
Ausiello: "The season will end with a bang — as in a gunshot, not an explosion."
- April 10, 2006 - The latest TV Guide has some spoilers.
- See some here.
- April 9, 2006 - David Lomazoff sent us the following from TV Guide's AskAusiello:
- Question: "Can you give me any new scoop on House?" — Katie K.
Ausiello: "In the May 23 season finale, Dr. Buguphisass is confronted by a patient he wronged in the past."
- April 8, 2006: "DarknessReigns" posted at the Television Without Pity's House Forum:
- "Found this in the spoiler section of the House forum on FOX.com......
"House Vs. God [Airing April 25]: When 15-year-old faith healer, Boyd, is admitted and claims he can talk to God, House takes the case. House thinks the kid is a clever con untill the boy touches one of Wilson's cancer patients and causes her cancer to go into remission. Boyd refuses surgery on his brain because he believes it will take away his healing power, but as his condition begins to deteriorate and the condition of Wilson's cancer patient improves, House and his team must confront their own feelings about faith and God. Meanwhile, tension is still in the air between Cameron and Foreman after she accused him of stealing her idea for the medical article he had published."
- April 2, 2006: "MsJ" posted at the Television Without Pity's House Forum additional information to yesterday's spoilers:
- "I found the following tidbit about 'No Reason' (where House gets shot) from Grissbabe over at Your Tax Dollars at Work:
'Also, it's possible that House is hallucinating parts of the conversation with the Moriarity character, including the sequence when he is cuffed to the bed.'"
- March 29, 2006: "Alipeeps" posted at the Television Without Pity's House Forum additional information to yesterday's spoilers:
- An update to the spoiler:
"House doesn't know the Moriarity character. House diagnosed this guy's wife and while treating her also informed her that hubby was having an affair. She left him and later committed suicide."
- March 28, 2006: "Alipeeps" posted at the Television Without Pity's House Forum reposted info from the Devoted to Hugh forum:
- "Episode 224 is called No Reason. It appears as though House has been shot. He spends a fair amount of time in the ICU, cuffed to his bed, forced to converse with the man who shot him - who is in the bed next to him. The guy's name is Moriarity. Does that ring a bell to any Sherlock fans out there? Lots of angsty stuff for Hugh to play, as House is confronted with his mortality, the kind of man he is, the choices he's made..."
Author's note : This spoiler is based on sides so is obviously subject to change etc
- March 15, 2006: information from TV Guide's Ask Ausiello:
- "Question: Anything new on House? — Laura
Ausiello: You know the big health scare involving Omar Epps' Foreman that I first told you about back in January? Well, it's so big that producers are turning it into a two-part episode, airing May 2 and 3. We'll also get our first glimpse at Foreman's dad, and he's going to look a lot like Charles Dutton. In other House news, Buffy's Michelle Trachtenberg will be admitted on April 4 with heart-transplant complications."
- March 11, 2006: "Lizzim" posted on the Television Without Pity's House Forum about the discussions and audience questions from the producers and cast of "House" at the Museum of Television & Radio's Paley Festival
- "...someone did ask if we'd be seeing Steve McQueen again. The answer was a very emphatic 'yes'.... Another good question was about each cast member's favorite line, though not all of them answered. JS started to name a line of OE's but then stopped to confer with his colleagues when he realized the episode hadn't aired yet. It is 'get out of my temporal lobe, House.' and many of them agreed that it was one of the best lines so far. JM was trying to think of one that she felt was particularly Cameron-ish prompting JS to guess "I hate sports metaphors???" to which JM responded 'no... it was probably something about lupus.' LE selected 'we've got a liver!!!' but allowed as how she had to be storming down a hallway with an Igloo cooler in her hand for the proper delivery. HL noted that 'cheese is the devil's plaything' was a 'pretty good one.'
"Someone else asked about how much they understood of the medical jargon and they paid compliments to the medical advisors, with JM saying that 'we have to understand enough of what we're saying to know what we're fighting for,'.... RSL also noted.... that every script has a vocabulary list with pronunciations on page 2, something he said he hasn't seen 'since the 8th grade.'"
- March 10, 2006:
At the Museum of Television & Radio's Paley Festival an upcoming episode ("Clueless") was shown and some fans have written up what they remember of what they heard and saw: click here for one audience member's full report:
- It begins with House trying to sleep but constantly being awakened by the sounds of Wilson getting ready in the morning. He hears Wilson gargling, then clipping his toe nails, then drying his hair. House gets up and walks into the bathroom and looks at Wilson with the hair dryer. "You dry your hair with a hair dryer?" Wilson says, "I care about how I look." House: "But you dry your hair with a hair dryer?" More dialogue about that. House: "This isn't going to work...you living here." Wilson: "But it's only been one night." More dialogue. Wilson: "I'll get another place and be out of your hair....what's left of it." He walks out of the bathroom and House inspects his hair in the mirror. (By the way, there's more good dialogue but this is the gist of the conversation)....
House comes home and Wilson is eating the stuffed peppers and House makes that vomit comment. He sits down next to Wilson and Wilson gives him a spoon and tells him to taste it. House likes it but says, "it's not as bad as it looks...or smellls"...something like that. House: "I thought you were moving out." Wilson: "I got an apartment....I'm moving out Monday if that's okay with you."
Later or next day at the hospital, Wilson tells House that his wife fired the cleaning lady because she's getting rid of everything that reminds her of him. He said he offered to pay the cleaning lady until she finds another job but she didn't want to take money for no work, so she's going to clean House's apartment. There's banter in there about Wilson 'doing' the housekeeper...usual House stuff. Later House goes to his apartment frantically trying to find something in his closet (has to do with POTW), and when he opens the closet door, it's amazingly neat. He starts yelling at the housekeeper that a box he had in there is missing and what did she do with it. Finally, she realizes what he's talking about and asks if he's referring to the chest that's under his bed. He goes to his bedroom and finds the box under his bed. He thanks her before he leaves realizing he probably wouldn't have found it if it weren't for her.
At one point he's in the conference room with the cottagers scarfing down pancakes. He says Wilson made them and they're the best things he ever tasted...something about Wilson puts nuts in them. Chase tries to snatch one on his way out, but House slaps his hand. Later, House is in his office eating a salad and Wilson comes in yelling at him that he made the salad for himself and that House stole it. House says, 'how could I know it was yours?" And Wilson points to the sticky note on the container that says something like, "Do not touch...belongs to Wilson." or something like that. Later, there's a quicky scene where House takes a container of food out of his refrigerator at his apartment and he takes off the sticky note that's on it and sticks it on the refrigerator. It says something like, "Property of James Wilson. Do not touch under threat of prosecution." or maybe it said, "Do not touch...property of James Wilson. Violators will be prosecuted to full extent of the law." Can't remember exact wording....
House walks into his apartment....its nighttime. There's a message on his answering machine. He presses the button and it's a realtor. "This is a message for Dr. Wilson. Your apartment has been outbid...I know I told you that you got it, but if you can match the bid, the apartment is yours." House looks over to the couch and looks at Wilson sleeping. He deletes the message.

"zelmon" posted at the Television Without Pity's House Forum
- "...someone made mention in another forum that Foreman gets mad at his Dad. And yes, House is missing one Cottage because that self-same Cottage became PoTW."
(Editor's note: Foreman, Chase and Cameron are variously referred to by people as: "cottages" (small houses) and "ducklings" since they are always following House around like ducklings follow their mother, etc. And "PoTW" is short for Patient of the Week.)

- One of the scenes regarding the burn victim:
"Maggots continue to eat away at the edges of Adam's wounds. House, wearing scrubs, enters. an ANESTHESIOLOGIST is waiting for him.
"ANESTHESIOLOGIST: 'He's out; he's fine; I double checked the --'
"'I didn't page you to put him out. I paged you to wake him up.... Why are those lights so damn bright?' A tech kills the lights, but for one pin spot on Adams' open wounds. It's eerie; scary.... 'Come on. I need to talk to him.'
"ANESTHESIOLOGIST: 'You can't wake up a burn victim to play twenty questions. It's torture.'
"HOUSE: 'He won't remember anyway.'
"ANESTHESIOLOGIST: 'He's going to be in extraordinary --'
"HOUSE: 'God, your good; you're putting me to sleep. I'm his attending; wake him up.'
"Reluctantly, the Anesthesiologist injects Adam with a solution. Adam slowly wakes up. Tears well up in his eyes. He slowly realizes what's going on...as well as the excruciating pain he's in.
"ADAM: 'Oh my God...' Adam breathes short, shallow breaths. It's sickening. Scary. He looks down. A SURGICAL VEIL separates his burn from view.
"HOUSE: 'I'm Dr. House.'
"ADAM: 'It hurts.'
"HOUSE: 'Gonna get a lot worse, so answer fast. Before the accident, did you experience any numbness or tingling in your fingers --' the surgical veil is moving. Adam refocuses. Several maggots crawl under the surgical veil towards him. 'Ignore the maggots -- they're cleaning your burns.' The intensity of the pain is quickly rising in Adam.
"ADAM: (crying) It really hurts.
"HOUSE: 'Tingling in your arms, your legs.'
"Tears stream down his face. 'Do something. I can't --'
"HOUSE: Tell me and I stop the pain.
"ADAM: (like he's on fire) 'I pissed my pants. Then I don't remember and and oh --' Adams can't hold it any long and lets out a blood-chilling and long SCREAM....
" House indicates to the Anesthesiologist to knock Adam out. The Anesthesiologist quickly injects Adam who, just quickly, is out again. House puts on sunglasses as he turn to go.
"INT. NURSES' STATION -- MOMENTS LATER
"House emerges from the Burn Unit; Cameron is waiting.
"CAMERON: 'What did he say--'
"HOUSE: 'Get everyone in my office.'
"CAMERON: 'Where are you going?'
"HOUSE: 'Kid's screaming gave me a headache. Gotta take an aspirin.'
"House shuffles out. OFF Cameron, confused.

"He limps to the door. Opens it. PAULA, 28, something South American. Dark, olive skin. Pretty, but an edge to her. Wearing sweats.
"'Hey. Been awhile.'
"He lets her in. Shuts the door. But...
'I'm looking for a distraction. You don't need to talk to do that, do you?'
"She nods, understanding. Paula walks to the bathroom, peeling off her sweatshirt.
"HOUSE takes out his wallet. Looks up.... Paula in the bathroom, stepping out of her sweatpants and climbing into the bath.... HOUSE, counts out five hundred dollar bills. Places it on the table.... Paula leans out of the tub, soaking wet, bubbles on her arm. Looks at him. Not smiling. But open.

"House vs. God"
- Lots of good religion/faith/medicine/logic stuff in this one.
- About the poker game - apparently House now has a weekly poker game he's involved with. In this episode, the game is in House's living room - with three men we've never seen before. House introduces them to Wilson as "Dry Cleaner, Accountant, and Guy from the Bus Stop."
- When House introduces Wilson to the guys, "Bus-stop" asks why Wilson gets a name. House answers: Seniority.

- "Dr. House makes a special Monday night HOUSE call Monday, Feb. 20 (8:00-9:00 PM ET/PT), when he treats a teenage supermodel for heroin addiction and, in the process, uncovers a startling secret. Meanwhile, Wilson hopes that House's increased leg pain indicates that his leg nerves are regenerating, and a male clinic patient suffers from high estrogen levels that allow him to experience his wife's pregnancy including morning sickness and labor pains."
- January 31, 2006: The latest on the doctor in the 'House' By ALAN PERGAMENT News TV Critic 1/31/2006:
- "Dr. Eric Foreman, the neurologist played by Omar Epps, isn't a big fan of Dr. House, which was why he was put in charge of keeping him in line in a story arc that also is about to end.
"'I don't want to give it away, but he'll get some pie in his face sure
enough,' said Epps. Has the actor ever met anyone who remotely mirrors Dr.
House's behavior?
"'We're in Hollywood,' said Epps. 'I meet people like that every day.'
David Shore, the show's creator, knows that not all his choices for Dr.
House are going to be embraced. The fallout from 'the kiss' should be
resolved shortly because Ward is not staying for the entire season.
"'The next couple of episodes are going to resolve her arc, at least for the time being,' said Shore. He dealt with criticism from his own loved ones about the kiss.
"'All I can say is it is just going to get worse,' said Shore. 'Hopefully, it is our little version of 'Casablanca' here. My dad wasn't happy with the
kiss, either.'"
- January 27, 2006: "freebie" re-posted at the Television Without Pity's House Forum this from TV Guide:
- "Omar Epps will be the man of Fox's House later this season when a life-changing medical crisis thrusts his character into the limelight. 'We'll have him deal with his mortality,' says executive producer David Shore, 'which will give us an opportunity to deal with his family situation.'" So what exactly is Foreman's family situation? 'That's what we're going to find out,' teases Shore, who'll only disclose that 'he's not married.' He's also not without a sex drive, although you'd never know it, considering he's the only one of the show's hot young docs who has yet to see any action. 'That's going to change soon,' Epps says with a laugh. 'I don't know how far we're going to get into it--maybe a date, maybe a kiss--but there's going to be something. I want it so bad.'
- January 26, 2006 (2nd): "MsJ" posted at the Television Without Pity's House Forum:
- "Did anyone else catch the new House promo shown tonight during Bones? House is outside Wilson's locked office (Wilson is shown with his head sort of down). House knocks, saying 'I know you're in there. I can hear you caring.'"
- January 26, 2006 (1st): Spoilerfix offers this:
- "Episode 2.12 - Distractions (fka 'Happiness') [Airing February 14]: The team treats a boy who has been burned. House faces an old nemesis."
"Episode 2.1? - Sex Kills: House wants to keep a woman who was killed in a car crash alive in order to use her heart for a transplant. Greg Grunberg (ALIAS) guest stars as the woman's husband."
- January 25, 2006: "Rychki" re-posted at the Television Without Pity's House Forum information from TV Guide's Ask Ausiello:
- Question: Will we ever see any of Cameron's family on House? I would love to see how House would react to Cameron's family! — Christina
Ausiello: Not sure about Cameron's, but we will meet Foreman's brood later this season when a dramatic, life-changing medical crisis rocks his world. "One of the dangers of working in an environment like this is you tend to get exposed to a lot of sick people," says exec producer David Shore. "So, we actually will have him deal with his mortality to give us an opportunity to deal with his family situation." So, what is Foreman's family situation? "He's not married" is all Shore will say.
Question: I need House spoilers! — Emma
Ausiello: House's heartbreak over Stacy's imminent departure will manifest itself in other ways. "We didn't just want to have him crying," David Shore explains. "That just didn't feel like him. So, we decided to do it in a subtextually way, where he's in additional physical pain rather than emotional pain." (Hint: On the set visit, we were told House will soon undergo an MRI on his leg.) And regarding a possible return from Stacy (Sela Ward)? "We played that out. We dealt with that and I think people will be satisfied with the ending. It's not what you'd expect, but I think it makes sense."
- January 20, 2006: David Lomazoff sent us this from TV Guide's Ask Ausiello:
- "Question: Any House spoilers? Is anything going to happen between Chase and Cameron?—Petra"
"Ausiello: I finally got an answer to that question Sunday night during a cocktail reception on the House set, which, BTW, is humongous. 'We made such a big deal of Stacy's return, I think it would be false to have House immediately rebound back to [Cameron],' says exec producer David Shore. 'We want to really explore these characters, but we don't want the show to be completely defined by that, with House just going from one woman to another. It would just become a bit too soap opera-ish. But it's clearly there. There are certain little shots that she's going to get from the other doctors about her feelings towards House.'"

- On "a forum called Devoted to Hugh. I read there a spoiler about Epi. 17.... The episode is supposedly titled 'All In'.
| 'Wilson, Cuddy, House - maybe others, I can't tell. Playing poker at a party at the hospital. Cuddy knocks a few back. House is annoying Wilson about his marriage.' |
|
"Alipeeps" says of the above post: "It's fairly legit cos the person who posted it posts quite a few spoilers here and there on Devoted and her sources are very, very good!"
- January 13, 2006: Spoilerfix offers this:
- "House treats a patient (played by Julie Warner) that is lying to him. Stacey announces that she is leaving the hospital. Could her decision have been triggered by the fact House told her that she is better off without him? Elle Fanning (Dakota's little sister) guest stars as the daughter of the patient treated by House."
- January 12, 2006:
- The caption provided by Fox for the image on the right says that Stacy is leaving her job at the hospital
- December 22, 2005: "theilian00" posted at the Television Without Pity's House Forum
- "I don't know how reliable this is, but someone named Laura posted this on Fox board....
'OK folks, you read it here. Someone with an inside scoop has already viewed an upcoming ep. Not only do House and Stacy kiss, they will also be shown IN THE SACK TOGETHER. Yep, you heard it here. And, guess what? Stacy will admit she wants to leave Mark and go back to House. Guess what? House realizes he will never be 100% what Stacy needs, so he walks away from the relationship and leaves Stacy crushed.
'Also, dunno if this is the same ep, House shares a moment with Cameron and insists she take an HIV test. He even is shown swabbing her cheek. Nice, caring moment, although he will tease her about it."
- December 16, 2005: Carry emailed us a note about the following information from Spoilerfix:
- "Episode 2.10 - Failure to Communicate [Airing January 10]: The team tries to find out why a famous journalist is now speaking gibberish. Stacey and House travel to Baltimore to deal with House's Medicaid billings."
- December 14, 2005: "Rychki" re-posted at the Television Without Pity's House Forum information from TV Guide's Ask Ausiello:
- Question: Got anything on House? — Christine
Ausiello: How 'bout my best buddy Greg Grunberg? He just shot an episode titled "Sex Kills," and, as he points out, "Who better to have on an episode with the word 'sex' in the title than the sexiest man on TV — me?" (There he goes, stealing my shtick again.) Actually, Greg's story line is not exactly what you'd call sexy. He plays a guy whose "wife was just killed in a car crash," he explains, "and House wants to keep her alive to use her heart for a transplant for a dying patient [Howard Hessman]. I fight him till the end. The role is a real doozie." Greg adds that he and House creator David Shore "have known each other for a long time, and he has been kind enough to ask me on a number of occasions to come have some fun. I've actually worked with half of the people in this crew at one time or another, as well as having worked with Lisa Edelstein on Felicity many moons ago." Felicity? Never heard of it.

- "Someone who saw the original casting notice said it described the hooker as being South American. But, I suppose that could have changed at any point.
"Other new info: by episode 13, House is going to be experiencing a *lot* of pain. No info on what the cause is, but it'll be a pretty big deal.... and, in addition to upping his vicodin intake, will go to Cuddy for help....
"We'll have "Failure to Communicate" (House and Stacy, wherever it is that they're going), "Need to Know" (Stacy's final ep), "Happiness" (hooker, shower), "Skin Deep" (burn patient, House in pain), "Heartless" and "Clueless".
Since there's a small possibility that "Happiness" has been changed to "Distractions", I guess other titles might change."
- December 6, 2005 : "Elen" posted at the Television Without Pity's House Forum information from "inFanity" on the TV Guide Channel (which may be repeated):
- "In the inFanity thing on TV Guide today, they mentioned that a future patient is a teenage boy with burns over 40% of his body."
- December 3, 2005 : "Amy" posted at http://groups.yahoo.com/group/House_MD/ some of the information going about about the call girl:
- "'wrongda'.... broke the news that they were casting a call
girl. Elsewhere it was spoiled that a call girl that house has had previous
encounters with will come to his home. Wilson tells him to find a distraction from his self destructive behaviour and House's solution is to bring in a tried and true distraction. we haven't heard anything about a bedroom scene (though Jay Leno alluded to one), but we know that she knows her way around the apartment and runs herself a bubble bath."
- December 2, 2005 : There has been little in the way of definite information but the following scenes/events may to be coming up in future episodes (some are pretty sure like the House in a shower and House in a sex scene since Hugh Laurie discussed those on Jay Leno) and others may be no more than rumors:
- House is seen taking a shower.
- House and Stacy are stuck together out of town for two days.
- A very brief scene of a sexual encounter between House and a call girl.
- Wilson breaking up with his current wife.
- Stacy leaves.
- The episode current thought to be titled "Happiness" may be changing to "Distractions".
- House has some hospital scenes with a very young girl.
- November 25, 2005 : "Rychki" re-posted at the Television Without Pity's House Forum information from TV Guide's Ask Ausiello:
- "Next week's episode is by far the best of the season — and unlike Matt Roush, I do throw those words around often. But really, it's a triumph on every level — writing, directing, acting, etc. And in terms of how the story unfolds, it's unlike any House episode to date."
- November 24, 2005 : SpoilerFix says, "Episode 2.09 - Deception [Airing December 13]: Foreman becomes House's boss. House treats a woman who went multiple times to the hospital by faking symptoms and that may now be sick."
- November 21, 2005 : Rose Hawthorn pointed out that in the current Time Magazine:
- John Malkovich has been talking to Hugh [Laurie] about doing something on House.... It's on page 161.

- November 19, 2005 (1st): "amysusanne" posted at the Television Without Pity's House Forum:
- "Sela was on 'Fox and Friends' this morning and they showed a clip from next week. It was pretty intense, with Stacy confronting House about the fact that he read her file. She figured it out. He takes things from her sessions and totally manipulates her with them. She calls him on it and he's unapologeticly calm about it, accusing her of not telling Mark about all the time they're spending together because she wants to be with him instead of her husband. She very sadly.... tells him 'not anymore'...."
- November 18, 2005:
Laurie Stunned By Shower Scene
- Hugh Laurie as Greg House will be seen in a "shower scene". Mr. Laurie also referred to this in his interview on "The Tonight Show with Jay Leno" where there was also reference to a future "sex scene". These scenes may be scheduled for a February sweeps episode(s).
- November 9, 2005: Ausiello of TV Guide:
- Question: What can you tell us about House? —Becky
Ausiello: Julie Warner is checking in early next year as Margo,a patient who is rushed to Princeton Plainsboro with unexplained violent seizures. And Buffy's Tom Lenk — he played Andrew the ambiguously gay evil genius, if you have to ask — will guest-star on the Nov. 15 episode as a geeky flight attendant. I'm told it's a small role, but if I know Tom, he'll make the most of it.
- November 7, 2005: Author... writes for some of television's hottest shows:
- "Matt.... Witten is a 'supervising producer,' [of 'House'] though the title is insignificant to the role he has. Witten writes two to three episodes a season and assists other writers with their work.
"When the show is taped, Witten is on the set, supervising, keeping an eye on all the aspects of production, from the acting to the set. Sometimes he gives advice directly to the actors, but the etiquette is to go through the director so the actors don't get two sets of messages....
"Witten's next episode, called 'Heartless,' is about a
66-year old man who needs a heart transplant, and is not given priority because of his age. The plot was based on a newspaper article he read."
